処女膜強靭症の手術を受けたら気をつけること
処女膜強靭症の手術を受けた後、１か月は注意しなければならないことがあります。
膣は出血しやすい部位であるため、手術後３週間はヨガ等を含めたすべての運動を控えなければなりません。
出血した場合には生理用ナプキンとガードルでの圧迫が必要です。
看護師さんに手術後１か月ほどは常にこれらを持ち歩くことをお勧めされました。
また傷口を清潔に保つために、以下のようなことを守る必要があります。
- 創部には触れない。
- 入浴は１週間後から、温泉やプールなどは３週間後から可能。
- 婦人科検診・性交渉は１か月後から可能。
手術後一週間の様子
手術当日～２日目。創部の痛みと違和感、出血。
痛み・違和感
手術当日と翌日までは、手術箇所が少しジンジンと痛みました。
じっとしている分には我慢できないというほどではないのですが、歩いたりすると傷口が引っ張られるような感じがしました。
出血
出血はありましたが、量としては生理６日目くらいの感じ。
新しい血が流れ出るというよりは、古くて少し茶色くなった血がある程度まとまって排出されるように思われます。
感想
痛みもそこまでではなかったので、肉体労働系の仕事じゃなければできないことはなさそう。
でも手術翌日はお家でのんびりすることをお勧めします。
排尿時の違和感は特になし。
排便時には膣の内側の皮が引っ張られるような感覚がありましたが、それ自体は痛くないです。
手術後３日目～５日目 痛みや違和感はなくなる。出血は続く。
痛み・違和感
３日目になると痛みや違和感はなくなりました。
この日はショッピングモールに行って半日歩き回りましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。
ただいつもより小股でゆっくり歩きました。

出血
出血は地味に続いています。
４日目くらいに、一度出血が止まったかなと思って、ナプキンとガードルの使用をやめたのですが、また出てきました。
感想
出血はありますが大した量じゃないので、ほとんどいつも通りの生活が送れます。
走ったりしなければ、おでかけもできます。
手術後６日目～７日目 痛み・違和感・出血なし！
痛み・違和感・出血
すべてなくなり、通常通りです。
感想
７日目には週一で行く１人カラオケも再開。
十八番のちあきなおみ「喝采」をその日も歌いましたが、
「いつものように幕があき」
という歌いだしが新鮮に聞こえました。

最後に
手術の場所が場所なだけに、痛みが強いんじゃないか、血もたくさん出るんじゃないか、とビビっておりましたが、大したことはありませんでした。
もちろん個人差はありますが、手術後について心配することはあまりないと思います。
