先日とうとう、処女膜強靭症の手術を受けてきました。

今回は、なおえビューティークリニックで受けた処女膜切除手術について、詳しくレポートしていきます。

処女膜強靭症ってなに？
普通、処女膜というのは非常に薄い膜であり、指を入れた時や性交時に簡単に破れるもので、人によっては激しい運動で破れてしまうこともあります。
しかし処女膜強靭症の場合は処女膜が厚く硬く、性交時などになかなか破れないために、皮が引っ張られるので痛みを伴ったり、多量の出血をしたりします。
手術内容
処女膜切開・切除手術
今回私が受けたのは、処女膜切開・切除手術です。
簡単に言うと処女膜に切れ目を入れる手術。場合によっては処女膜を切りとることもあるそうです。
当為
手術時間は１５分ほどです。
静脈麻酔で手術を受けた
この手術は部分麻酔でも可能です。
ただ怖がって力んだりすると膣は閉じてしまうので、手術がスムーズに進まないことがあるそう。

手術を受けたのはなおえビューティークリニック。

ネット上では総合病院に行けば保険が適用だとか色々な情報があふれていますが、なにより自分が安心して手術を受けられる病院を選びました。
手術レポート
手術は午後から。麻酔のため食事制限。
静脈麻酔をするため、食事制限があります。
- 食べ物は手術の３時間前まで
- 飲み物は手術の１時間前まで
私は起きるのがだいぶ遅いので、起きた時にはもう既に手術２時間前になっていました（笑）
用意されたスカートに着替える。
そういうわけでとりあえず水分補給だけして腹ペコのまま病院へ。
受付を済ませ、手術代金を支払い、名前を呼ばれます。
髪の毛を収納する帽子とスカートを渡され、着替えます。

手術準備
手術室に入ると、看護師さん２人がスタンバイ。
まずは上肢台つき診療台に寝っ転がって大開脚します。
そして陰部の消毒をされ、陰毛をテープでとめられます。

左手には血圧計、右手には麻酔用の注射と指に体内の水分量を測るクリップを装着。
医師登場
そんなことを考えているうちに先生がご入室。
「よろしくお願いします。」と挨拶をされたので、こちらもご挨拶。
すると突然、目隠しタオルの隙間からまばゆい光が差し込んできました。
どうやら手術用のライトをつけたらしい。
私の陰部が照らされている…！！
“陰”部なんて呼ばれて、世間ではタブーと言われて、普段はほとんど日の目を見ることがない陰部。
今日だけはスポットライトを浴びていいんだよ…！！
今日は君が主役なんだよ…！！
そうだ、今度から君を陽部と呼ぶことにしよう…！！
「はーい、じゃあ麻酔入れていきますね。」
看護師さんの麻酔の合図によりおふざけは終了。
眠りに入りうとうとしだした感覚を10倍速くらいで駆け抜けるような、ふわふわとした感覚に襲われました。
手術終了
「終わりましたよ」
えっ？
「じゃあ、ゆっくり起き上がれますか？」
もう？
「私の肩に掴まって、部屋を移動しましょう」
終わり？？？？
手術は本当に一瞬で終了。

病院で40分くらいゆっくりする。
別室でゆったりとした1人掛けの椅子で休ませてもらいました。
寒い日でしたので、電気毛布とミルクティー、お茶菓子まで用意してくださいました。
手術したところは少しジンジンと痛みます。
しかし余裕はあったのでアンケートも記入。
出血量の確認
休憩した後、陰部に貼られていたガーゼを剥がし、自前の生理用ナプキンとガードルに着替えます。
先ほどのガーゼを看護師さんに渡して、過度な出血がないか確認。
問題なかったので、最後に医師の先生からお話を聞きました。
医師とお話。
手術内容の説明や現在の傷口の痛みを聞かれました。
「大丈夫ですか？もう少し休まれます？」
そう、私は昔から顔の血色がないので、ノーメイクだと体調が悪いのではと心配されるのです（笑）
本当に問題なく元気だったので、もともとの血色の悪さを説明し、お礼を言って退室。
抗生物質と止血剤を処方されました。
受付で抗生物質と止血剤をもらい、すべての行程が終了。

スーパーに行くぞ！！
手術をした場所はジンジン痛みますが、激痛と言うほどでもないし、

帰宅後
とりあえず腹を満たして、しばらく座ってゆっくりしていました。
傷口の違和感や痛みは多少ありましたが、何も手につかないというようなレベルではなかったので、机に向かったり、ブログを書いたりもしていました。
手術を終えて
あっという間に終わった手術
手術前数日はちょっと皮膚切るだけだし！と何も心配していませんでしたが、いざ手術室に入って医療器具を見たりするとかなりビビりました。
しかし麻酔を入れ始めて数十秒で眠ってしまい、気づいた時には手術は終了。
え？終わったの？というくらい、本当にあっという間でした。
処女膜という問題を解決
処女膜がなくなったからといって、必ずしも性交渉ができるとは限りません。
精神的な問題とかも私にはきっとあると思います。
ただ、とりあえず一歩前進したことが嬉しくて、彼に報告した時は涙をこらえるのに必死でした。
最後に
手術後１ヶ月は生活面で少し気をつけることがあるので、その後の経過についてもまた記事を書いていきたいと思います。
