先日、Amazonの小口出品に登録するつもりが大口出品に登録してしまい、月額登録料の請求がきてしまうというミスを犯しました。

間違えて大口出品に登録してしまった。
小口出品に登録しようと、登録画面に進みました。
住所やクレジットカード情報などを記入した後に、「月額登録料が請求されます。」という表示に気づき、これは大口出品の登録画面だと思い、慌ててそのタブは削除。
その後Amazonのホームページに記載されている通り、商品のページ＞マーケットプレイスに出品すると進んで小口出品の登録画面にたどり着くも、先ほどの大口出品の登録画面と同じものが表示されました。

ググるもいい解決策が出てこない。
慌てた私はとりあえずググりました。
「大口出品 間違えた」で検索するも、検索上位に出てきたのは、「大口出品の解約ができない！」「アカウントを作り直さないとだめ！」という、やや古くて恐ろしい情報ばかり。
Amazonのヘルプを見てもよくわからなかったので、問い合わせることにしました。
Amazonテクニカルサポートにメール
Amazonのお問い合わせに、出品に関するお問い合わせ窓口があったので、そちらにメール。
確か夜９時くらい。
メールの内容としては、
小口出品のはずが大口出品に登録しちゃって、こちらのミスで申し訳ないんだけど、月額登録料は返してもらえるの？
こんなことで問い合わせてAmazonさん申し訳ない！

翌朝、返金処理完了のメールが来た
メールの内容は要約するとこんな感じです。
当サイトの機能にわかりづらい点があり申し訳ありません。月額登録料の返金処理をさせて頂きました。しかしクレジットカードへの請求は取り消せないので、請求はされます。ただ出品者様の口座に同額を振り込みます。
つまり、クレジットカードへの請求はされるけど、それと同額を口座に振り込みますということ。
昨日の夜９時に送って翌朝１０時には処理完了の上返信が来るという対応の速さ。
