それは、フェイスパウダーやパウダーファンデーションなどの粉系の前に使う。
私は普段、リキッド系のファンデーションを使用していて、粉系は仕上げのフェイスパウダーくらいなので、その前に使っています。
コンシーラーなどをヨレにくくするために少し多めにフェイスパウダーをはたくのと同じ感じで、ハイライターを使用した部分の粉も少し少し多めに。

クリームとあるが、塗るとさらさら。でもツヤ感はしっかりでるので気に入っている。
600円という価格でこのクオリティはすごい。初めてハイライターを試す方にもおすすめ。
仕上がりの感じや価格の安さなど、安定のキャンメイククオリティで高評価が目立ちました。一方で気になる意見もありました。
つけすぎるとかなりギラギラして塗ってます感がすごい。
かなり明るい色なので、色黒の自分には合わなかった。
確かにつけすぎには注意が必要かもしれません。

指でポンポンと調節しながら、ぼかしてつけるのが良いと思います。
それから肌の色に関しては、
色白でハイライターが意味を成さないことがあるが、これは自分でも使える。
という意見もあったので、もともと肌の色が暗めの方や日焼けをしている方は店舗などで確認してから購入するのが良いかもしれません。
